The HOME Framework
A practical learning framework built around four essential areas of strong, successful home child care practice. Every workshop and resource is connected to one or more parts of the HOME Framework.
H — Home Environment
Create safe, welcoming and organized home child care spaces that support play, independence, development and the needs of mixed-age groups.
O — Organization & Operations
Strengthen daily routines, documentation, administration, policies and business practices so you can operate your program with greater confidence.
M — Meaningful Learning
Plan intentional, play-based experiences, adapt activities for different ages and use observation to support children's learning and development.
E — Engaged Relationships
Build respectful relationships with children and families, communicate professionally, support positive behaviour and protect your wellbeing as a provider.

Why Home Child Care–Specific Training Matters
Generic early childhood training is designed for centres. This is designed for you — the provider working in your own home, on your own schedule, with your own mixed-age group.
Built for Your Reality
Every workshop reflects the real context of home child care — small groups, mixed ages, limited prep time, and the unique challenges of working where you live.
No Fluff, Just Tools
Training that respects your time. You'll leave every session with something you can use the very next day — not just theory.
Grow Your Professional Confidence
